Meet Dr. TJ De Siena
Dr. TJ is passionate about breaking down barriers to great dental care. Known for his calm, caring approach, he listens closely and clearly explains your treatment options so you always feel informed and confident.
He earned his DDS from NYU College of Dentistry in 2016 and completed a General Practice Residency at Bellevue Hospital in New York City in 2017. He’s certified in Invisalign and oral sedation, and continues to pursue advanced training in specialized care.
Now proudly serving the Houston community, Dr. TJ has also provided free dental care to those in need — from Hurricane Harvey victims to underserved communities at home and abroad.

The team of compassionate and professional doctors and staff provided exceptional care. During my dental cleaning and check-up, they efficiently completed all necessary procedures within an hour. I brought my aunt here for a tooth ache and Glenda, Miracle and Dr. TJ took really good care of her! Got her out of pain, took care of the tooth, gave her some antibiotics and pain meds for after the treatment, and they even called to check on her her to see how she was doing after the treatment!
They made sure she was comfortable throughout the whole process! Would definitely recommend! I’ll be bringing my whole family here!

They kept changing my appointment dates without letting me know. Every time my daughter went in they never knew what they were going to do with her braces. I kept taking days off because she was supposed to see the doctor on a weekday but he was never there. Overall a bad experience.

I worked here on my externship. I learned a lot from Dr. Tj in a very short amount of time. He was willing to teach and incorporate me in procedures and that helped me get my feet wet, it also definitely helped establish my confidence as a dental assistant. The only reason I did not finish my externship at his office is because I wanted more than one Doctors perspective as this is my first time in the field.
When Dr. Hernandez was there, the service was better, everything was established, yes, the new Dr. is kind and polite but the problem is that he almost doesn't have a stable othodontist or stable staff and very unprofessional, they are always calling you to change your appointment time because the doctor has to leave, they leave you in the hands of the assistants who neither greet nor are polite.
If I could give a negative review I would. Rosa is just rude for no reason. Having people like that to represent your business is unprofessional and will eventually ruin this business. Avoid at all costs!

Been in Houston for all of my life and have had many dentists over the years, even some very high-end, moderd offices in the Galleria area.
The reviews alone for this office don't compare to the exceptional service you receive on a visit.
I had to find a new dentist as my insurance changed and I can't even express how amazed I have been since finding Houston Crossroads Dental Care.
Dr TJ truly shows passion for his practice and it shows the way he works with each customer and his staff (who also should receieve 5 stars on their own!)
